how do I file for farm exemption?

I have several head of cows, hay meadow and tractors. I want to file for farm exemption when I purchase feed for my cows and whatever else I can use my farm exemption status on.

Any such exemption would be at the local level with your appraisal board.

However, I doubt a few cows is enough to qualify.
